range
of
disciplines
from
basketball,

Tim

Athens!
“Day
one
was
the
ranking
round,
in
which
I
finished
fourth.
Then
on
day
two,
we
went
head-to-head
in
individual
knock-out
matches.
I
worked
my
way
to
the
semi-final,
in
which
I
was
up
against
Greek
National
Champion,
Alex
-
but
I
lost.
So
this
led
me
to
content
in
the
bronze
medal
match.
However,
after
winning
all
our
matches,
my
team
and
I
found
ourselves
in
contention
for
the
gold
or
silver
medal
too!
“On
day
three
we
competed
for
medals,
with
my
bronze
medal
match
being
a
very
close
call,
but
I
won!
As
for
the
team
match,
it
went
to
a
shoot-off
-
however
our
team
lost
by
a
couple
of
points.
So
we won the silver medal!
“I
would
like
to
thank
a
few
people,
firstly
to
the
AVS
team
for
inviting
me
to
this
most
amazing
and
rewarding
experience
-
I
will
never
forget
it!
Thank
you
to
my
new
archery
buddies
for
their
friendship,
encouragement
and
patience.
And
to
my
new
Greek
friends,
and
many
others,
thank
you
for
making
my
experience
in
Athens special. It made me feel like I was shooting at the Olympics!
