There are now 2 methods of claiming a County Record. The original one, where you download a PDF of the County Record Claim Form, complete the form and post off with the relevant evidence to the County Records Officer. The new method utilises Googe Forms/Sheets to gather the same information which includes attaching the relevant information to the claim before Submitting. Once submitted the Claim is instantly available for the County Records Officer to pick up and begin processing.
