Application forms are available from Graham Morris at graham.morris745@gmail.com and the cost will be £250 We need to have at least 10 candidates in order to get the OK from AGB to let it run. The modules are 1) starting your coaching journey and empowerment part 1. 2). Introduction to technique and developing your coaching skills skills practical 3) Creating engaging sessions and developing your coaching skills practical 4) Coach presentation Archers will need to spend half a day working either as a coach or as a beginner where each archer delivers a beginner's first session incorporating a drill and give feedback. Archers will also need to attend a Safeguarding workshop or work through the online NSPCC course on Child Protection in Sport and Physical Activity training and have proof of completing this. (Cost approx £25) Also archers will be given access to the AGB learning curve so that they can complete two micro courses on line (a) Range Safety and b) Respect in archery) (No extra cost)
