It is with great sadness I have to write this and inform you that Mike Shepherd sadly passed away in hospital last night, as most of you will know Mike was a great ambassador for the sport in which we all love. Over the years Mike worked tirelessly for Northern Counties and Cheshire, Mike was a passionate and positive man within the sport. Our thoughts go out to his loving wife Ann and her personal space and grieving would be appreciated at this very sad time I Personally will miss Mike’s very loud and strong voice always used with passion and commitment and of course we will all miss his little jokes he would tell us before the start of the Cheshire AGM Peter Gregory Cheshire Chairman Mike Shepherd
